Finally! The Solution to Destination Wedding Communication!

Over the last 6-8 months we have been listening carefully to clients and trying to find better ways to service clients. Big changes have been taking place over the last month and one of our newest is sure to make both current and future clients very happy!


We Found The Solution to Destination Wedding Communication!
Almost every day a new bride will call and say "I've called and emailed so many people and you are the first person to return my call or answer the phone".  Or perhaps, a bride whose wedding is months away will not be getting the prompt attention she wants. It seems brides are trying hard to communicate with vendors but they aren't connecting. Many brides seem to feel a bit victimized by the lack of immediate attention from wedding vendors statewide and it can be frustrating!

We understand and agree. It is frustrating for both brides and vendors alike.  The problem arises because  wedding professionals work 50% of our time in the field in meetings, rehearsals, weddings, etc... when it's not appropriate to take phone calls, texts, etc... That combined with the time difference between the mainland makes getting any vendor on the phone when you want them seem like potluck. It's not that they don't want to take your call but vendors must prioritize and service the closest weddings first and respect the current weddings by not tending to other clients during their meetings, wedding, etc.. Unfortunately, this can leave new bride a bit down in the dumps at times.

So what is the solution? Putting clients in complete control of their wedding no matter where in the world they are or what time of day it is! How? Our new online forms! Now, brides and grooms can upload photos directly to their wedding file, make changes, customize their ceremony, even get pricing all online 24/7! And clients will even get a confirmation to confirm that their information was received plus a printer friendly receipt to track all of their changes on their side! This literally puts both client and vendor on the same page!  No more waiting for phone calls or emails! Your wedding is completely within your control 24/7!

Of course, we are still here to take your phone calls. In fact, we now have expanded it to include your coordinators cell and key vendors cell numbers plus TEXTING!  That's right! Go ahead and text to 808.256.7661 if you have a quick question. Whatever form of communication works for you! While we still don't answer the phones while in a meeting, wedding, rehearsal or while we sleep (whenever that is), we do find that the new forms will help clients have a better experience all around.

Plus, Dawn, your lead coordinator, has an i-phone who can get emails in field to help get prompter responses to short emails quicker!

Soon we will be releasing our Skype information and have online meetings and consultations with clients too!

In addition to that, we will be offer a monthly newsletter with tips, information and more to clients!

Wow! That's a lot and all of it is done to ensure that you - our clients - are getting the attention you need and wedding you want!

What does all this come down to - You spoke! We listened! Your wedding, your way, online 24/7! 

And when you need someone on the phone or email, while not always the quickest due to the nature of our business, we now have taken several steps to ensure more timely responses including cell phone numbers, texting, skype, monthly newsletter and mobile emails via i-phone.

All of this means a simpler, stress-free wedding for you from start to finish!



With that, huge changes are bing made. Some changes came into action in June, such as the online forms for ease
